Job Description
Maintain Delivery Promise (EDT / EDD) performance metrics to align with ops performance in daily/weekly basis.
Working cross division to cater company projects related to Delivery Promise and initiate product improvement needed.
Working closely with Product Manager, to conduct FRF review, BRD review, PRD review, and live testing. Make sure all meets biz requirement.
Generate and consolidate quarterly biz report for all 3PLs, include half year report containing inquiries/improvement from all departments in logistic (ops, tech, commercial, user handling, claim)
Monitor ops performance and find initiative to push 3PLs performance and or process efficiency.
Generate projection of campaign impact to multiple stakeholders, e.g CS, RR, Marketing and Growth.
Provide support for logistic projects and adhoc issues.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in any field
Min 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Microsoft Excel
