We are seeking a Logistics Project Coordinator to support large-scale, high-visibility shipment and deployment projects. In this role, you’ll coordinate complex logistics, manage carrier performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and track complex shipment rollouts across multiple locations
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, risks, or service issues
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track freight costs and support cost optimization
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Evaluate carrier performance and recommend improvements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or project coordination
- Experience working with freight carriers or shipment coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience with freight pricing, tariffs, or transportation cost analysis
- Familiarity with reporting or data tools (Power BI, Cognos, etc.)
