SEGULA Technologies is supporting a major utility-scale energy infrastructure project in Uzbekistan and is seeking experienced professionals to join a multidisciplinary project team.
The project environment involves complex energy infrastructure, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), electrical substations, high-voltage systems, civil works, mechanical systems, automation and SCADA interfaces, construction supervision, quality management, HSE, logistics, and project controls.
We are looking for experienced professionals capable of working within a multicultural EPC project environment and coordinating effectively with contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Procurement Lead to manage and coordinate procurement, expediting, international transportation, customs clearance, material tracking, warehousing, and site delivery activities for a major energy infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project logistics, procurement, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery activities.
- Verify alignment of procurement activities with schedules, contractual obligations, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
- Track major equipment and materials, including BESS containers, batteries, PCS equipment, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cables, and auxiliaries.
- Review supplier and contractor procurement plans, expediting reports, delivery schedules, and material tracking systems.
- Coordinate international and local transportation.
- Manage import/export documentation and customs-clearance interfaces.
- Monitor receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and material handling.
- Identify supply-chain risks, shortages, delivery delays, and logistics constraints.
- Develop mitigation and recovery actions.
- Verify compliance with Incoterms, shipping requirements, and project logistics procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and site teams.
- Prepare procurement and logistics progress reports.
- Support commissioning and handover through timely availability of spares, tools, consumables, and final documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or material control for industrial, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in utility-scale BESS, substations, power plants, renewable energy facilities, or other major industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of international procurement, customs regulations, import/export processes, and contract administration.
- Experience coordinating multinational suppliers and complex logistics operations.
- Professional proficiency in English.
