* ** Responsibilities**:
– ** Scheduling of daily collection / delivery**:
– ** Resolving daily collection / delivery issues**:
– Tabulate trip allowances
– Conduct weekly toolbox / training session
– Perform cross training for team members
– ** Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles**:
– ** Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses**:
– Responsible for team performance & discipline
– Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team
– ** Act as backup for other fleet supervisor during their absent**:
– Coordinate ah-hoc emergency response
– Incident report submission – lead investigation/determine root-cause/corrective & preventive plan
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
** Requirements**:
– Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
– ** Possess class 3 driving license (Manual) / with Class 4 will be plus point*
