We are currently seeking a Logistics Operative to join our Logistics team in Aberdeen. This role plays a key part in supporting both domestic and international shipments, ensuring goods are dispatched, received and documented accurately, compliantly and on time. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations, including export‑controlled shipments.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of logistics documentation for UK and international shipments
- Handling export‑controlled shipments, including end‑user checks and export licence applications
- Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Managing shipping paperwork, invoices and associated documentation
- Stock control, purchasing support, and goods receiving
- Working to tight deadlines while managing competing priorities
- Supporting continuous improvement within logistics and supply chain processes
- Operating in accordance with company QMS and HSEQ requirements
- Providing accurate clearance instructions for goods being imported into the UK for Imenco UK Ltd, providing accurate CPC codes & tariff codes. Checking entries are accurate and entered as instructed on receipt
Essential
Skills & Experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with domestic and international logistics operations
- Experience shipping export‑controlled goods
- Knowledge of import/export regulations
- Good numeracy skills
- IT‑literate with a structured, process‑focused approach
- A strong team player with a commitment to high‑quality service delivery
