Warehouse Shipping Supervisor
We are looking for a Logistics Operation Supervisor with freight shipping experience. This person will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of processing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, packing, and organizing pallets and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
Warehouse Associate duties and responsibilities:
Shipments: Pick, pack, and ship correct skus and quantity to the customer.
Receiving: Record sku, color, count, and breakages on receiving sheet.
Packing: Pack and prepare customer & wholesale orders for shipment.
Picking: Print and pick customer orders by batch quantity.
Monthly: Create monthly subscription boxes.
Inventory: Count and record sku quantities.
Warehouse Shipping Lead requirements and qualifications
Warehouse Shipping Lead job description should contain the following requirements and qualifications:
Valid State ID or Driver’s License
Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for (5) years
Experience in international shipping for parcel and freight. (5) year
Forklift experience and certificate
Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
Team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solver
Inventory control experience
Trade Show experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
