We are hiring a Senior Logistics Specialist for a leading organization in Dubai. This role requires a professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in logistics, supply chain, Bill of Lading, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
✅ Oversee import/export shipments, Freezone supply chain operations, and compliance with trade regulations and review all shipping documents from suppliers in line with LC terms
✅ Coordinate with internal departments such as administration, finance, and sales to optimize workflows& Liaise with the shipping department, freight forwarders, shipping lines, etc.,
✅ Handle Letters of Credit (LCs), ensuring proper documentation, execution, and compliance.
✅ Drive operational efficiency and improve logistics processes.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 4 years of managerial experience, follow up with and coordinate suppliers to ensure shipments are dispatched.
✔ Strong knowledge of Freezone operations, supply chain, and logistics management.
✔ Experience handling Letters of Credit (LCs), export/import shipments, and trade finance.
✔ Broad expertise across multiple functions such as logistics, administration or other functions.
