About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager who can drive excellence across our logistics network. This isn’t just about managing processes—it’s about reimagining how logistics works at scale. From order fulfillment in F&B, grocery, and retail to automating hyperlocal delivery, your mission will be to turn friction points into fluid operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Process Excellence
Own logistics strategy & SOP creation for seamless fulfillment
Optimize order flows across F&B, grocery, retail, and more
Innovation & Automation
Identify friction points & lead tech-driven process automation
Drive AI- and automation-led improvements in TAT & reliability
Data-Driven Ops Management
Monitor KPIs for sellers, buyers, and LSPs
Build dashboards in Excel / Power BI / SQL for real-time ops visibility
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with LSPs, product, and tech teams for cohesive ops
Lead NP onboarding & governance to drive compliance and excellence
Strategic Reporting
Present insights & recommendations to leadership
Build strong governance & audit frameworks
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain
Hands-on with hyperlocal delivery models & last-mile ops
Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL for ops intelligence
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to logistics APIs or platforms
Marketplace / network-based platform experience
A systems-thinker with a product-ops mindset
