Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to support and manage the daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of goods, optimizing logistics processes, and coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily inbound and outbound logistics operations
Coordinate shipping schedules, transportation, and delivery timelines
Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely arrivals
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, shipping documents, and inventory movements
Optimize transportation routes and cost-efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
Assist in preparing logistics reports and performance KPIs
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, customer service, and other departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Solid understanding of shipping, warehousing, and transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
