Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers deploying AI and technology infrastructure globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of cross-border infrastructure deployment projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, freight providers, customs brokers, and local partners for seamless execution.
• Translate customer requirements into operational delivery plans.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to customs compliance, documentation, and logistics execution.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Enhance client experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives as the division scales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or customer success roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness along with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and globally distributed team.
• Highly desirable: Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs compliance, supply chain, or international operations.
• Experience in managing technology deployment or data centre projects is an advantage.
