We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment lifecycles from order placement through final invoicing, delivering a seamless experience across global transport networks.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee daily transport orders, from planning and booking to proactive tracking, delivery execution, and financial closing.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for clients, external carriers, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing real-time tracking updates, resolving inquiries, and ensuring high service standards.
- Operational Excellence & KPIs: Monitor shipment performance, resolve operational disruptions via root-cause analysis, and execute corrective action plans to meet SLA targets.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full adherence to customer specifications, international trade regulations, customs processes, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain data accuracy across management systems and identify workflow optimization opportunities to enhance service efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in international logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Incoterms®, customs procedures, trade compliance, and dangerous goods (DG) awareness.
- Languages: Professional fluency (spoken & written) in both German and English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and digital logistics tools.
- Key Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
