Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to support transportation, shipping, and customer service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing customer communications, tracking freight, maintaining accurate shipment records, and supporting revenue recognition and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has strong email communication skills, excellent attention to detail, experience with logistics or customer service systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.00 / hour

Shift: Second Shift 3:30pm -12:00 am M-F / End of Quarter (EOQ) Possible Weekends Required.

Key Responsibilities

· Process and submit pickup requests with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely shipment movement.

· Send and manage page-outs and urgent communications for shipment delays, service disruptions, and operational escalations.

· Provide daily operational support to the Global Logistics Control Center (GLCC).

· Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate shipment, carrier, and transportation records.

· Monitor shipment activity and update systems with tracking, status, and exception information.

· Support customers and internal stakeholders by responding to transportation-related inquiries and providing shipment updates.

· Analyze transportation data and assist with reporting, performance tracking, and operational metrics.

· Coordinate with carriers, freight providers, buyers, and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and improve service performance.

· Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Assist with escalations involving delayed, lost, damaged, or misrouted shipments.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending operational efficiencies.

· Create and maintain operational documentation, reports, dashboards, and logistics records.

· Utilize transportation and warehouse management systems to support shipment execution, inventory visibility, and logistics planning.

· Develop and maintain data visualizations and analytical reports to support operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

· Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations support environments.

· Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

· Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Experience with Microsoft Master Scheduling and logistics planning processes.

· Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

· Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.

· Knowledge of Smartsheet for project tracking and operational reporting.

· Experience using Tableau for analytics and business intelligence reporting.

· Familiarity with Databricks and data management platforms is preferred.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
