Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and
logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing activities,
supplier coordination, shipment tracking, inventory support, and maintaining procurement and
logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier follow-up activities.
• Obtain quotations, issue purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Track shipments and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain procurement, logistics, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
• Support import/export and shipping-related processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement and/or Logistics (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of purchasing and logistics processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience is an advantage.
