Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination
:
Oversee and manage the endtoend logisticsoperations including transportation warehousing anddistribution.
Supply Chain Management:
Monitor supply chain activities to ensuretimely and costeffective delivery ofgoods.
Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendorsnegotiating contracts and ensuring servicequality.
Shipment Oversight:
Track and monitor shipments ensuring adherence to schedules andresolving any delays orissues.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availabilityaligns with companyneeds.
Compliance:
Ensureall logistics activities comply with local and internationalregulations including customs clearance anddocumentation.
Cost
Optimization
:
Identify opportunities for cost reductionwhile maintaining service quality andefficiency.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on logistics performance including costanalysis and operational efficiencymetrics.
Team
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams including procurement sales andcustomer service to meet operationalgoals.
Requirements:
Experience:
3 years in logistics or supply chain management preferably in asimilar industry.
Education:
A bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or arelatedfield.
Skills:
Proficiencyin logistics management software.
Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
Excellent
communication
andnegotiation skills.
Analytical mindset withattention todetail.
