Elshrouk Company, a leading provider of die-cutting and die-making supplies, is expanding its team.
Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth and efficient handling of export shipments, documentation, and communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Declarations, etc.) for sea and air shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain the best shipping rates and schedule bookings.
• Arrange and confirm final packing lists with warehouse/store teams.
• Communicate with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and open export certificates.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and confirm receipt with clients.
• Send original shipping documents to clients as per agreements.
• Maintain accurate shipping files, records, and shipment Excel sheets.
• Follow up on shipping invoices, freight payments, and cost tracking.
• Regularly update internal reports on shipment status and costs.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, export operations, or freight forwarding.
• Solid knowledge of export documentation (B/L, CI, PL, COO).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and service providers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English (spoken and written).
