To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.

To prepare all shipping document for import and export shipment.

To perform the role of contact point with internal and external stakeholder on shipment arrangement.

To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.

To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.

To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records etc).

To plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company policy & procedures.

To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.

To ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.

To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
