岗位职责
- 支持公司国际快递网络的规划与优化工作，包括网络结构、场地分布、干线需求、产能规划、时效规划及成本测算等。
- 参与场地相关项目支持工作，包括前期数据分析、选址评估、项目进度跟进，并协助推动场地按计划顺利投入使用。
- 支持海外各区域路由和班次规划，包括不同流向的快递时效规划，并对时效达成情况进行分析和复盘。
- 参与内部路由系统及相关物流工具的需求梳理、功能测试、上线推广和落地应用。
- 日常监控、分析和复盘路由完整性及合理性，协同各区域和相关部门推动运营标准优化。
- 支持部门内部的网络规划知识分享，以及相关系统功能培训。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具备 2 年及以上物流、运输、快递、快运、电商物流、第三方物流或相关领域工作经验。
- 熟悉国际物流流程、运输操作流程或快递业务流程者优先。
- 具备路由规划、运输规划、干线规划、产能规划、物流数据分析或网络规划相关经验者优先。
- 熟悉 TMS、路由系统、WMS 或其他物流运输规划系统者优先。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力、沟通协调能力和跨部门协作能力。
- 能适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的学习能力和抗压能力。
- 具备中英文双语沟通能力者优先，尤其是能够与海外团队或总部进行有效沟通。
加分项
- 有快递、电商物流、跨境物流或包裹网络运营经验。
- 有场地上线、路由优化、运输成本分析相关经验。
- 熟练使用 Excel；具备 SQL、Power BI、Tableau 或其他数据分析工具经验者优先。
- 参与过物流系统上线、系统推广或运营流程优化项目者优先。
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and optimization of the company’s international express delivery network, including network structure, facility distribution, line-haul requirements, capacity planning, delivery lead time planning, and cost analysis.
- Assist with facility-related projects, including preliminary data analysis, site selection evaluation, project progress follow-up, and supporting timely facility launch.
- Support route and transportation schedule planning for overseas regions, including delivery lead time planning for different shipment flows and performance analysis against service targets.
- Participate in requirements gathering, functional testing, rollout, and adoption of internal routing systems and related logistics tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and review routing completeness and effectiveness, and work with regional teams and internal departments to improve operational standards.
- Support internal knowledge sharing on network planning processes and provide training on related logistics system functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, parcel delivery, less-than-truckload freight, e-commerce logistics, 3PL, or a related field.
- Familiarity with international logistics processes, transportation operations, or express delivery workflows is preferred.
- Experience in route planning, transportation planning, line-haul planning, capacity planning, logistics data analysis, or network planning is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as TMS, routing systems, WMS, or other transportation planning tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and cross-functional coordination ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are preferred, especially for communication with overseas teams or headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in express delivery, e-commerce logistics, cross-border logistics, or parcel network operations.
- Experience supporting facility launch, route optimization, or transportation cost analysis.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience participating in logistics system implementation, system rollout, or operational process improvement projects.
