For a leading Egyptian trading company specializing in the import and distribution of plastic raw materials, polymers, and petrochemical products. Through strong partnerships with major global suppliers, the company delivers high-quality materials and reliable solutions to support manufacturers across diverse industries.

Job Description:-
• Manage the complete import and export cycle from order placement to final delivery.
• Handle customs-clearance procedures and ensure the timely release of shipments.
• Manage and monitor shipments through the Nafeza system.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping and import documentation.
• Handle Form 4 and banking documents related to import operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments.
• Track shipments and monitor transportation and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs and import/export regulations.
• Resolve logistics, customs, and documentation issues efficiently.
• Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics and transportation costs.
• Monitor logistics performance to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience with customs-clearance procedures.
• Strong practical experience using the Nafeza system.
• Experience preparing and reviewing shipping documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Form 4.
• Experience handling banking documents related to imports.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs and import/export regulations.
• Experience in the plastic raw-materials industry is highly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
