About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll handle everything from order processing to client communication while working with a friendly, supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Order Processing:Â Manage orders through our ERP system and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment.
Freight Coordination:Â Book shipments with our freight partners and track their progress.
Client Communication:Â Follow up on orders, provide delivery updates, and keep clients in the loop with clear, professional correspondence.
Team Collaboration:Â Work closely with colleagues to streamline processes and tackle any challenges that pop up.
Who You Are
Fluent in English or German (written and spoken) both is a plus!
Organised and proactive, with an eye for detail.
Comfortable using software like Excel and ERP systems.
A great communicator who enjoys connecting with clients and teammates alike.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
