At OK Play India Limited, we are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Logistics Manager who can take complete ownership of dispatch and transportation operations across India.
🚛 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for domestic shipments across India
- Strong handling of FTL (Full Truck Load) and PTL (Part Truck Load) movements
- Build and maintain a strong network of reliable transporters ensuring:
- Competitive freight rates
- Timely vehicle placement
- Consistent service quality
- Oversee Finished Goods (FG) warehouse operations, including:
- Proper inventory handling
- Efficient loading & dispatch planning
- Coordination with production and sales teams
- Ensure on-time dispatches and minimize delays, detention, and demurrage
- Closely track shipments and proactively resolve transit issues
- Drive discipline and accountability within the logistics team
- Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders for seamless execution
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in logistics management within a manufacturing setup
- Strong expertise in FTL & PTL operations (domestic India movement)
- Well-connected with transporters and fleet operators
- Deep understanding of FG warehouse management and dispatch processes
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight timelines
- Highly proactive, pushy, and execution-driven mindset
- Flexible with working hours – ownership over fixed schedules
- Must be based near Sohna, Haryana or willing to relocate immediately
- Immediate joiners preferred
