This team partners closely with the North America eCommerce division to drive growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across Amazon and emerging marketplaces.
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will lead the end-to-end warehousing, logistics, transportation, and inventory operations that keep our business moving. You'll be responsible for ensuring products flow efficiently from suppliers to customers while maintaining exceptional inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with import/export regulations
.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations, freight management, and inventory control while developing a high-performing team. Working closely with Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain colleagues, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding service, reducing costs, and supporting business growth

How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead all warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Take ownership of inventory accuracy through robust inventory control processes, cycle counting programmes, audits, and reconciliations.
- Manage multiple Warehouse Management and ERP systems, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity and consistent processes.
- Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and customs requirements.
- Develop and improve warehouse layouts, workflows, and operating procedures to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage transportation and freight activities, including carrier selection, supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and route optimisation.
- Analyse operational and logistics data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced customer service.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to inventory accuracy, service levels, delivery performance, and warehouse efficiency.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative actions to improve stock integrity.
- Partner with Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operational planning and execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Champion health, safety, quality, and compliance standards across all warehouse and logistics activities.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- 8–10 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience leading warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and transportation functions.
- Strong expertise in inventory control, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory accuracy improvement.
- Experience managing ERP and Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Sound knowledge of import/export regulations and freight management.
- Experience developing KPIs, analysing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing operational teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading operational transformation or turnaround initiatives.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement qualifications.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and advanced inventory optimisation techniques.
