***** What you will do
Actively participate in an acceleratedhands-on learningprogram while providing research and analytical support to various departments and/or project teams. Routinely report out toleadership.
Perform functions of assigned area.
Provide analytical support to assigned project team(s) or department(s).
Conduct research related to transportation industry as well as assigned project team or department.
Routinely meet with assigned mentors and/or leaders and provide summary of key take-aways.

***** What you need to bring
Transportation industry experience preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university, or completion of Associates degree with a focus on Business or related field required.
Must possess desire tolearn and growin knowledge of the transportation industry and company.
Must possess ability to place safety and driver retention at forefront of all activities.
Must be willing to commit to companys vision.
Must be flexible and able to quickly grasp and apply new information and/or concepts.
Must possess excellent and professionalcommunication skills.
Must be able to receive information and/or feedback from a wide variety of people.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to multi-task.
Pay ***** $18.00- $20.00 Hourly
