About Us:

Sacred Heart Collections is a growing licensed apparel and merchandise brand serving HBCUs, sororities, and national organizations. We operate across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and live event channels—and we move a lot of product. We’re looking for someone who can keep our logistics tight and our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands logistics, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can shift between warehouse operations and customer-facing support when needed. You’ll manage inbound and outbound freight, coordinate with brokers, and support daily fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments
  • Work closely with preferred freight brokers and source cost-effective shipping options
  • Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping documentation
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule pickups with carriers (UPS, USPS, freight companies, etc.)
  • Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and inventory systems
  • Assist customers in-store or via phone/email during busy periods
  • Support event prep and logistics for trade shows and pop-ups
  • Travel as needed for events, including assisting with setup and breakdown
  • Drive company box truck to out-of-state events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Familiarity with freight processes, BOLs, and pallet handling
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable operating or willing to learn to operate a box truck for event transport
  • Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends for events
  • Quick learner with a “figure it out” mentality

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with Shopify or order management systems
  • Relationships or familiarity with freight carriers/brokers
  • Retail or customer service experience
