Urgent Hiring – Logistics (Export-Import) Staff
VGreen is expanding into Indonesia, building a strong EV charging network for VinFast and Xanh SM. We’re looking for a Logistics Export-Import Staff to help ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our charging station equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, export-import, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of EXIM regulations, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.
Proficient in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end export-import process, including documentation and customs compliance.
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and suppliers.
Ensure smooth and cost-efficient distribution of goods.
Handle EXIM documents such as PEB, PIB, Bill of Lading, and COO.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and service terms.
Prepare reports and analyze logistics efficiency.
