** Responsibilities**:
– Preparation all related export shipping documentations.
– Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments to customer.
– Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.
– Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.
– Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule
– Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
