Salary: up to $3,000
Roles & Responsibilities
To be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.
Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
Data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.
Minimum 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.
Experienced in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products
Familiar with incoterms and documentation coordination preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
Prior customer service/sales experience preferred
Good command of English
Must be motivated, self starter and able to multi-task
Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
Must be proficient in MS Office
