About the Role:
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support the smooth and efficient flow of inbound stock into the Ferrero Australia network. This role coordinates key logistics activities including documentation, customs, transport, and financial processing for logistics‑related services. It also provides reporting and analysis to support logistics capacity, stock availability, FEFO management, and broader Supply Chain KPIs.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Executive will work closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT, as well as external partners such as transport carriers, customs brokers, co‑packers, and distribution centres. This role also provides leave coverage for the Logistics Inventory Analyst when required.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist with stock reporting, investigations, and inventory updates
Maintain warehouse and transport KPI reporting
Process invoices and financial transactions accurately
Coordinate freight, customs, and logistics partnersAnalyse data to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate records in line with audit requirements
About You:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or a related field
Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel
Understanding of customs documentation, warehouse operations, and PO/finance processes
