Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Customer Service Executive to support our shipping and haulage department in managing customer inquiries and order processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing orders using our in-house freight and haulage management software, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. This role requires close collaboration with customers, as well as internal teams in operations and finance, to track shipment status and billing progress.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the shipping and haulage department in handling customer inquiries and service requests.

Create, update, and manage orders using our in-house freight and haulage management software.

Liaise with customers to ensure all required shipping and customs documentation is complete and accurate.

Work closely with the operations team to track and update shipment statuses.

Coordinate with the finance team to monitor billing status and ensure timely invoicing.

Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipment progress, potential delays, and issue resolutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order processing.

Utilize IT systems and tools efficiently to manage logistics processes and reporting.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Chinese, and Malay is essential.

IT Skills: Comfortable using IT systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience: Prior experience in logistics customer service, freight forwarding, or a related field is highly preferred.

Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple orders and track shipments efficiently.

Team Player: Works well with internal teams across operations, finance, and customer services.
