Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation, distribution, and delivery of goods.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and transportation partners.
The primary goal is to ensure that products reach their destinations on time, within budget, and in good condition. Responsibilities:
Oversee the timely and accurate movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.
Track and maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
Arrange and schedule transportation for goods, selecting the most cost-effective routes and methods while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and customs documentation. Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation coordination.
Understanding of shipping, transportation regulations, and customs procedures.
Ability to spot discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies in logistics processes. Technical Skills:
