Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in handling overseas shipments and customs clearance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Dubai Customs system and a solid understanding of international shipping procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle customs clearance procedures through Dubai Customs system.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve any shipment or clearance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Customs system and procedures.
- Experience in handling overseas shipments (ex. Works both import and export).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus.
