Main Responsibilities     

1. Managing Logistics & Supply Chain Operations    Coordinate import and export logistics ensuring timely and costeffective transportation.  Oversee the endtoend supply chain from supplier coordination to final delivery.  Ensure compliance with international trade regulations customs procedures and Incoterms.  Manage shipping documentation including invoices packing lists and customs declarations.

2. Vendor & Partner Coordination    Liaise with suppliers freight forwarders and customs brokers to optimize delivery timelines.  Monitor supplier performance and resolve any logistical issues proactively.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with international shipping and distribution partners.

3.

Process Optimization

& Cost Management    Track and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping costs transit times and inventory levels.  Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs.  Ensure compliance with

food safety

and quality regulations in global trade.

4. Issue Resolution &

Continuous Improvement

   Address and resolve any transportation or customsrelated delays.  Implement best practices to enhance logistics efficiency and

customer satisfaction

.  Contribute to the

continuous improvement

of supply chain operations to support business growth.

Required Skills & Expertise  Strong experience in logistics import/export coordination and international supply chain management.  Indepth knowledge of customs regulations Incoterms and international shipping documentation.  Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus.  Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced international environment.  Proficiency in logistics management systems and ERP tools.

Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management International Trade or Logistics.  Personal Attributes:
