LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL.

As the Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse organization, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate across departments, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day inventory control operations and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

Monitor warehouse activity to ensure inventory is properly received, stored, and shipped.

Track shipments and update records in the inventory management system (IMS/WMS).

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through audits and reconciliation.

Prepare inventory and shipping reports for management.

Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure fulfillment accuracy.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (ERP, WMS, or similar systems).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with shipping/receiving processes and working with 3PLs or carriers is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
