Required Qualifications
-HS Diploma/GED. Preferred Education: -Bachelor's Degree.
-Client will allow any amount of experience. If there is none, this should be escalated.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
-Food handling and constant exposure to other cold temperatures when working in Food and Nutrition.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Experience in a healthcare setting.
Duties:
Supported supply distribution and facility operations for clinical and non-clinical areas.
Ordered, inventoried, and maintained supply, equipment, and linen par levels.
Used inventory management systems to place supply orders and track backorders.
Ordered additional and non-routine supplies as requested.
Monitored stock levels, identified overstock/out-of-stock items, and processed returns.
Adjusted par levels and identified cost containment opportunities.
Distributed, delivered, and stocked supplies, patient charge items, medications, and FDA-approved products.
Replenished procedure carts, nurse servers, medication rooms, supply closets, exam rooms, patient rooms, treatment areas, labs, waiting rooms, conference rooms, and consultation rooms.
Coordinated with vendors and ancillary services to support daily operations.
Maintained accurate ordering documentation, expense codes, and inventory records.
Ensured supplies and products were stored according to departmental guidelines.
Restocked linen and introduced self to patients when entering occupied rooms.
