Hello, future Logistics Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.
Resolve customer queries, manage customer service activities including order entry and customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer feedback, identify areas of improvement and liaise with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures
Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
Develop solutions with 3PL’s to leverage Company’s volumes and systems.
Act responsibly with work related resources to contribute to cost containment. Identify and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs, adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs and identify process improvements to save costs.
Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information.
Manage open and pending orders in the order cycle within agreed upon SLA timelines.
Process orders in assigned Conductor queues within set SLA timelines
Drive success ratios and efficiencies on B2C and B2B logistics.
Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements and operational efficiencies.
Provide timeous reports on operations, performance and audit findings.
Document, optimize and implement key operational processes, and implement controls and operational reporting on key activities.
Compile stock and provisioning reports, meet reporting requirements and compile monthly reports accurately, that includes insights.
Deliver on contracted performance objectives according to set procedures and agreed service level agreements.
Align and integrate own administrative support tasks and activities in accordance with required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative interdepartmental relationships.
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum qualification: Grade 12
Preferred qualification: A relevant Diploma / Degree in Logistics
Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience within Logistics and/or similar role
