As we scale, we are looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager to streamline our supply chain, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations, manage logistics, and optimize supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce logistics, vendor coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
Manage relationships with courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.), warehouses, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Optimize shipping and fulfillment processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer escalations related to logistics.
Maintain stock levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify) for order management and compliance.
Implement process automation to improve operations and reduce manual errors.
Prepare reports on inventory turnover, delivery timelines, and cost optimization strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in e-commerce).
Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.
Experience working with logistics providers like Delhivery, Shiprocket, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP systems, and inventory tracking tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle logistics challenges.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
