Eventscape has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinatorto join our Operations team.This role involves coordinating shipments, managing vendor relationships and assisting with procurement. You will interface with internal and external teams, solving problems diplomatically and responding effectively to management and staff. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

About The Role

Collaborate with Project Managers to understand and fulfill shipping needs

Coordinate local, domestic, and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all required shipping documentation for seamless transitions across borders and deliveries

Provide regular analysis on logistics performance, recommending adjustments to meet shifting priorities and improve efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and carriers regarding shipping inquiries

Manage vendor relationships to ensure they meet Eventscape’s quality standards, timelines, capabilities, and budget requirements

Work closely and provide support with Purchasingby contacting vendors, gathering quotes, and preparing purchase orders as needed

Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing,optimize costs, reduce lead times, and guarantee supply

About You

5+ years’ experience in a logistics/purchasing role

exceptional written and verbal communication skills

strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

knowledge of project life cycles and risk management

awareness of construction, material specifications, tools, and equipment

understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain processes

post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration an asset
