A Japanese Manufacturer is currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to work in their Hamburg office.
In this role, you will be responsible for accepting service inquiries from customers, evaluating them with internal specialists, organizing service operations, and providing customer service, including handling complaints and managing a 24/7 service hotline.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.

SALARY: €3,000-4,000/month (depending on experience) + 1 month bonus(depending on company performance)

LOCATION: Hamburg, Germany
Logistics Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
Accepting service inquiries from German and international customers
Evaluating service inquiries with internal specialists
Organizing service operations with international partners
Providing individual and partnership-based customer service
Clarifying complaints and goodwill negotiations with customers
Alternating responsibility for the 24/7 service hotline
Logistics Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
Several years of professional experience as Administrator
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Business level fluency in both English and Germany
PC skill (MS office)
