Overview:

As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a motivated Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for this person to join the team as soon as possible and whilst it will start on a temporary basis with working hours being up to 40 hours a week, there may be an opportunity for this role to become permanent depending on performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with Operations and our Commercial team and will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of a growing startup selling a physical product, and managing a supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Pack and ship our product. You will be responsible for managing inbound deliveries, repacking cases, and scheduling pick-ups.

Develop our packing processes. You will be responsible for finding efficiencies to ensure quicker turnaround times for customers.

Manage our inventory stock. You will be responsible for our stock levels, using our enterprise planning software (ERP) to manage reorders.

Being proactive. You’ll have the time and space to be a valuable member in a startup environment, with the opportunity to make an impact in our clinical operations team.

Requirements:

You’re a professional with some experience. Ideally, you have an interest or have had some previous experience working in fulfilment and/or supply chain management.

You have an eye for detail. You are the type not to make mistakes when completing repetitive tasks, such as packing and handling stock levels.

You’re a self-starter. You’re happy to do some heavy lifting, and take ownership in areas outside of your job description.

Organisation is crucial. You are extremely organised, ensuring that recruitment processes are run smoothly and you ensure all reporting systems remain up to date.

Seeking an in-person role. Our office is based in Hoxton and you will be required to come into the office every day.
