We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with expertise in NetSuite to oversee and optimize our supply chain and logistics operations. This role requires a detail-oriented person who can efficiently manage trade orders, inventory, and shipments while ensuring seamless coordination with our warehouses, trade partners, and brokers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EDI, NetSuite, and freight coordination.

Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate entry of all orders into NetSuite and order tracking platforms.
Communicate with with warehouse team to ensure accurate, on-time shipment departures and arrivals.
Process ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) for trade partners and provide shipment documentation via EDI.
Coordinate shipment of goods with domestic and international brokers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Manage shipments and ensure compliance with delivery requirements
Book shipment and dock appointments with trade partners as required by each vendor’s unique guidelines.
Track inventory depletions and assist the internal team with replenishment recommendations.
Ensure inventory accuracy at warehouse locations across all distribution centers.
Work closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to communicate critical deadlines and fulfillment schedules.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to improve logistics efficiency and optimize workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
Proficiency in NetSuite and experience managing logistics workflows within the system.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite, and EDI transactions.
Strong understanding of inventory management, freight coordination, and warehouse operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with trade partners, logistics brokers, and internal teams.
Experience booking dock appointments and managing shipments with domestic and international partners.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in consumer goods.
Familiarity with 3PL operations and managing multiple locations.
Understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international logistics.
