Nili Lotan is looking for a Logistics Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years of experience in fashion logistics. Experience with RLM is a huge plus.
Help manage pre-payments and factor approvals for wholesale clients, keeping in regular communication with the sales team to identify and problem solve any issues.
Help to bring in all EDI POs into RLM, identifying discrepancies and working directly with wholesale partners to resolve in a timely manner.
Help support routing for domestic and international shipments, ensuring that information is entered into vendor portals and shipments can be processed quickly.
Help create international customs paperwork and ensure that the warehouse has the proper documentation needed to route and release shipments.
Responsible for processing all internal clothing allowance orders
Responsible for entering Monday Retail Order Replenishment
Help monitor inbound shipments from factory; ensuring the warehouse has what they need in order to process in a timely manner
Help monitor inbound returns from wholesale and retail partners; problem-solving for discrepancies and providing the warehouse with information required to process the returns
Help create and fulfill order requests for internal departments (Retail, Production, PR, etc)
Help create and fulfill Employee Clothing Allowance Orders
Work directly with the warehouse to ensure they are hitting their SLAs
Assist with investigating and disputing vendor chargebacks.
Working with the Senior Manager and Director of Logistics to identify areas of improvement
