Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international shipments, primarily sea freight
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Handle third-party shipments and Letters of Credit (including documentation preparation)
- Work closely with local and international logistics providers and multiple internal stakeholders
what are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics and working with freight forwarders/shipping companies – Mandatory
- High level of English – Mandatory
- Experience in a project department within a forwarding company – Advantage
- Experience with Letters of Credit – Advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with excellent interpersonal skills
