Role Overview

As a Logistics Clerk, you’ll keep our medical supplies, equipment, and uniforms flowing efficiently to support crews and patients. Your work ensures LifeMed teams are always ready to respond.

What You’ll Do

Receive, stock, track, and issue medical supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory and follow up with vendors on orders and repairs.

Support uniform distribution and backstock organization.

Assist Logistics Coordinator and provide operations support with daily tasks and projects.

Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, and LifeMed standards.

Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year clerical/logistics experience (medical/EMS experience a plus).

Valid driver’s license.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
