Package: From £33,000+ plus 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + bonus
We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Birmingham area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Ocean Import Operator.

Responsibilities:
- Handling Ocean/Sea Import freight shipments from start to finish
- Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
- Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
- Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
- Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
- Completion of Customs declarations – import/ export
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on Ocean/ Sea Freight Shipments
- Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
- Excellent customer service skills
