Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics operations. This role oversees shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parcels and freight. The Logistics Coordinator works closely with retail centres, fulfilment teams, and external carriers to optimise routes, manage inventory movements, and resolve any delivery issues. The position involves regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, address service queries, and support tailored logistics solutions. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, maintaining compliance with company procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in logistics processes.

  • Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock movements, maintain accurate records, and support fulfilment activities.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Supply Chain Management knowledge to understand end-to-end logistics flows and contribute to process efficiency.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in logistics or distribution environments, proficiency with logistics or warehouse management systems, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous, as is prior experience in ecommerce or retail logistics.
