Job Description :
Tracks all inbound shipments from China for the team
o Status with freight forwarder
§ Confirms delivery dates
§ Reroutes goods if required
§ Obtains POD’s
§ Shares weekly status report with Marketing
• Maintains team status report on all projects
o Tracks PO’s, delivery dates, etc
• Issues PO’s
o Ensures PO’s meet auditing standards
§ Quotes, approvals, CBR’s,
• Resolves receiving issues
o Provides documentation from logistic companies to assist SBO receiving team in finding delivered goods
