About the role
Be the operational linchpin between Sales, our production teams, and suppliers. You’ll turn confirmed orders into on-time deliveries by scheduling jobs, securing materials, and keeping inventory data spotless in our ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Receive production orders from Sales, validate specs/quantities, and set realistic delivery dates.
Track every job in Odoo (or similar ERP) from order entry to final dispatch.
Compare BOM needs with stock; raise transfer requests or POs for shortages.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF).
Run weekly cycle counts, reconcile variances, and keep inventory 100 % accurate.
Publish short, data-driven status reports on WIP, shortages, and supplier performance.
What You’ll Need
3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or production planning (manufacturing/assembly environment preferred).
Hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Fluent Arabic plus good business English.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, calm under tight deadlines.
