Job Mission:
The main role of this position is Customs Clearance for Travel Retail(TR) market by Recording in ERP based on DFS. This role is also responsible for reviewing purchase along with wholesale price on regular basis accordance with agreed margin rate and stock management in TR POS to align with DFO’s ERP inventory and Booking Duty bill cost for cost allocation by performing a detailed review of the costs regarding Customs Clearance for Local shipments (Duty & ICT, Freight charge)
Key Responsibilities:
Importing shipments for Travel Retail and registering ERP system(Commodity code, Product details, shipment schedule etc.) on behalf of DFO to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
Execution interface Sales Order to TR Counters for Good Receipt in POS
Manage inventory in Back-end POS regarding Credit Note for FAWFJ Return & Destruction of goods
Report Mis-delivery and Handle irregularity on F&BP shipment with regularization documents for Customs Clearance for TR
Collecting documentary evidence for AR(Whole Sale) from DFS
File a claim letter of discrepancies (Damage, Pilferage etc.)
Management of local operation of Country of Origin Mark for imports of Local & TR market
Duty Bill Post for imported shipment (LM FBP,FA,WFJ)
Journalize Expense for shipments without Duty bill and define transactions for LE by Divisions
Ad-hoc operation for data and cost management for imported goods
Role Specifications:
Knowledge of Logistics processes and coordination merchandise with carriers and freight forwarders with Financial knowledge
Academic / Professional Qualifications
University graduates of Economics, Business administration and Trade
Good in speaking and writing in English
Work Experience
Prefer to more than 1 year experienced in importing or logistics
Required Competencies
Proactive attitude to manage problems and keep good relationship with the vendors
Detail oriented – good at figures
