The Role
Reporting into the Operations team, the Logistics Coordinator will act as the key link between transport providers, warehouses, inventory teams and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are coordinated efficiently while maintaining high levels of service across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound deliveries across multiple sites and warehouse locations
- Schedule transport bookings and delivery timeslots with carriers, customers and 3PL providers
- Investigate delivery issues, discrepancies and rejected loads, driving timely resolution
- Maintain accurate shipment records, freight documentation and logistics reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, transport operators and warehouse teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We're looking for a proactive and organised logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Key Skills Required
- Previous experience in a transport coordination, logistics administration or supply chain support role
- Strong understanding of transport, warehousing and distribution operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong data entry and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
