Global Spares NPI Planning is seeking a Planner / Expeditor to support the Team in ensuring
The timely delivery of NPI Spares to meet customer needs.
Skills:
Minimum of 1 – 2 years of related experience.
MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing/high-tech/semiconductor environment.
Knowledge in ERP, preferably with SAP.
Basic understanding of the Supply Chain process and tools.
Self-motivated, high energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate cross-functionally.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules. Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems.
Picks up and delivers materials within and outside the company and maintains records on material flow.
Ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
Monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.
The Expeditor role supports the RPM Buyers by managing and monitoring material deliveries in and out of the warehouse and assists with resolving material shortages.
