We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our daily distribution network operations. In this role, you will act as the key link between internal supply chain teams, warehouse personnel, transportation carriers, and external 3PL partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient inventory movement, accurate order fulfillment, and cost-effective, on-time delivery from our distribution centers to end customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and facilitate daily distribution activities, ensuring smooth workflows across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and transportation channels.
- Monitor the Over-the-Road (OTR) trucking operations, including load planning, carrier dispatch, shipment tracking, route coordination, and delivery scheduling.
- Resolve issues with shipment.
- Determine pricing strategies and quotations for freight services based on customer requirements and cost considerations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, distribution center operations, warehousing, or broader supply chain operations.
- Ocean import/export experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with end-to-end distribution processes, inventory management principles, transport regulations, and freight management.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze pricing data, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- TMS and Oracle preferred
- Effective English communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Transportation, Business, or related field.
